The Journey of Rait Setu

Our story began in 2011 with a simple dream: to practice natural and sustainable farming. The fields became our classrooms, and real challenges became our teachers. Nature showed us how patiently it grows, heals, and balances — while human actions, mistakes, and pressures often pushed in the opposite direction. Farmers struggled, youth moved away, villages shifted to harmful practices, and small farmers carried the heaviest burden.

By 2015, one thing became clear: small farmers needed small, practical solutions. Tools and ideas that reduced their effort, supported their income, and brought them closer to nature again. What started as simple observations slowly turned into innovations — shaped by experience, refined by failures, and strengthened by every season in the field.

Rait Setu existed in spirit long before it became an official entity. For over a decade, our work has lived in farms, workshops, and rural communities — supported by a team of committed farmers, innovators, and agri-entrepreneurs. Every challenge only sharpened our purpose and pulled us toward the solutions farmers truly need.

But this journey is not ours alone. It belongs to every farmer, every worker, every entrepreneur, every industry partner, and every consumer who believes in pure food and fair opportunities. A sustainable, healthy, and prosperous agricultural future can only be built together.
